We are a group of everyday individuals who came together in November 2023, united by a shared purpose. Some of us are directly affected by mental health disorders, while others are family members or loved ones of those who face these challenges.
Our collective experiences have highlighted the urgent need for expanded and improved mental health education and services. Together, we are committed to advocating for change, providing support to one another, and fostering a community that promotes understanding, compassion, and access to the resources that are so desperately needed.

Partnerships
Living Waters Clothing Ministry
We partnered with the Living Waters Clothing Ministry in 2014. Together, we organized the store and introduced a program where customers could fill a large bag with clothes for just $5. Additionally, we donated surplus clothing to nearby men’s and women’s shelters, as well as to communities in need in third-world countries.
Living Waters Clothing Ministry is located at 24591 Lakeland, Euclid, Ohio and is operated under Bishop Tom Owens, and Manager Josephine Macklin 216-212 -7282

Hi, my name is Ashley, I have been knowing Ms Eleanor for 3 years, during that time she has brought me and my infant child clothes. from the Living Waters Church Thrift Store. After her nonprofit Embracing Mental Awareness began in 2023, I have been more willingly to discuss the mental illness within my family tree.
My name is Vivian, I began using embracing mental awareness nonprofit services in June of 2024. I have used all of their services from psychiatric doctor, dentist, transportation, living arrangements but the most important to me was connecting me to a mental behavior doctor so I may continue monthly visits and understanding the consequences of not taking my medication.
